    a. 本单元的写作指导:
      本单元我们主要学习了有关于职业的内容以及连词的用法。在学习过程中通过谈论他人和自己的职业,我们认识到了不同职业的工作特点和可能带给我们的乐趣,进而促进我们为了将来能拥有一份适合自己的工作而努力学习的热情。
    从本单元的学习内容我们可以拓展出的写作题目有吸引人才的招聘启事,有寻求伯乐的求职信,有介绍自己、家人和朋友工作的记叙文,有对自己未来将从事何种工作的理想和理由方面的介绍,有介绍各种职业的具体任务和特点的文章,以上各种文章还可以做更多的拓展。
    在考场上,写家人和他们的工作是很容易的,可以一一介绍,并且写上他们对职业的感受,这样字数上很容易写够,但是结构很容易变得单一呆板,要尽量避免,要做到对句式的灵活运用。在日常习作的训练中,我们应当主要描写真实的生活中家人的工作情况,这样的练习因为更贴近我们的生活,所以让我们能准确地写出相应的内容。
    现在让我们来复习一下本单元的语法知识重点,即连词的用法,为写作打好基础。
    连词的用法:连词是用于连接词、短语、从句和句子的词,共有两类,即并列连词和从属连词。本单元主要学习的是并列连词。并列连词用来连接具有并列关系的词、短语或句子,并列连词可按作用将其分为四种:转折连词but,因果连词so,选择连词or,和并列连词and.
    如:He and I are brothers.
    他和我是兄弟。
    People give me their money or get their money from me.
    人们把钱交给我或从我这里取钱。
    I'm not a doctor, but a dancer.
    我不是医生,而是一名舞蹈家。
    I get up late, so I'm late for school.

    b. 本体裁的写作指导:
    本次的写作任务要求我们写作招聘启事和求职信这两篇小文章,这是不同于以往要求的。而这两种文体是我们在未来一定会面对的,为了积累相应的经验,我们从现在就学习一下吧!
    招聘启事是我们在日常生活中常见的启事中的一种,启事是单位或个人向大家说明,让更多人了解信息时所使用的公告性文体,属于应用文中的一种。这种定义和用处决定了它的主要特点:内容公开,常在媒体上广为传播,也可在公共场所张贴,形式多样而篇幅短小。启事的种类有很多,根据启事事项的不同,主要分为四大类:寻找、征招、周知、声明。寻找类主要有寻人启事、寻物启事、招领启事等;征招类启事主要有招生启事、招考启事、招聘启事、征文启事等;周知类启事主要有开业启事、婚庆启事等;声明类启事主要有更正启事、遗失启事等。
    招聘启事是指有关用人单位或组织向社会公开招收聘用有关工作人员而使用的类似于广告的一种应用类文体。
    招聘启事的格式一般由标题、正文、落款组成。标题可以由关键词加上Wanted组成,如Teachers Wanted或Reporters Wanted, 可以写在招聘启事的第一行顶格,也可以写在正文上方正中;正文要开门见山,主要应包括招聘单位或组织的简介和招聘的原因,对应聘者的具体要求,报名的时间、方式,招聘单体或组织和联系方式等,要在标题的下一行,空三到五个字母;落款部分要写在正文右下角,应有招聘单位和时间,如果标题或正文中已有写了单位名称我们可以不再重复。
    了解了招聘启事后,我们要来一同了解下求职信的写法。对于我们来说找工作当中的第一步就是向他人推荐自己,而一封恰当的求职信可以让我们从众多应聘者中脱颖而出,让用人单位和组织相信我们有能力和诚意完成他们所交给的任务和职责。求职信和一般的信件格式基本相同,其中正文部分要写清自己和招聘条件相符之处,表明自己能够胜任相应的工作,但也要注意不要夸大自己的能力和水平,要实事求是地写,正文后面可以希望对方给予面试的机会,并可留下联系的方式,最后可以写上结束语。
    c. 本次习作的评价与提高的建议:
    本次写作任务要我们写两个小文章,习作中的这两篇小文章格式正确,符合相关文体的要求,招聘启事中用了几个问句表明了相关的招聘条件,这种写法不同于我们以往的作文形式,因为日常的作文中的文章通常是记叙性的,不会有这么多的问题出现,而现在习作中的文章用了这种写法让文章显得很生动灵活,可以引起应聘者的注意,应聘者可以在一一回答相关问题后对照自己与招聘条件的差距。求职信中作者清楚地写明了做一名英语记者的愿望和理由,可以说理由充分,有较强的说服力。另外,如果可能的话,可以将求职信写得更全面,将应聘者的条件写得更为细致。
    文章的格式和主要内容都是正确,并且表达清楚的,只是有几处小小的错误需要纠正。
    (1)School News是一个栏目的名称,因此,它做主语时谓语动词应用第三人称单数,即使news单独做主语时,谓语动词也应用第三人称单数,因为news是不可数名词。Need应改为needs.
    (2)like write应改为like writing. like后接动词-ing表示爱好。
    (3)interesting应改为interested.词组be interested in意思是“对……感兴趣”,而interesting的意思由是“有趣的”。
    (4)see应是“看到”的意思,本文要表达“看电视节目”的意思,应用watch.
