18 May, 2005 Dear Manager, I bought an MP3 player from your shopping center yesterday. The model of the player is SL-3456. There is an ear phone to go with the player. When I bought the player, the salesgirl showed me different functions of the player. I checked that the player was working well. When I showed it to my parents this morning, I found that the ear phone didn't work. I re-read the user's book carefully to make sure that I understood how it worked, but I still couldn't get it to work. I took the player back to the salesgirl in your center, and asked the girl to exchange it for me. But the salesgirl said she couldn’t do that. I was told that I must either buy a new one or pay for the repair. I don't think it is fair for me because I just bought the player yesterday. I write to you just to express my dissatisfaction and ask you to exchange the ear phone for me. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to hearing from you.
