    Sample:

    Dear Uncle Tom,
    Thanks so much for the great Christmas present. I have been wanting this computer game for a long time, but my parents wouldn't buy it for me. They think I will play too much and won't spend enough time doing my homework. But I promise you that I will still try to be a good student and won't spend all of my time playing the new game. By the way, I can't wait to see you and Aunt Jane next summer on our big vacation. Talk to you later!
